What is the procedure for sekam

  1. Preparation: The patient lies on a specially designed wooden table.
  2. Application: The medicated liquid is warmed to a suitable temperature.
  3. Pouring: The liquid is poured in a rhythmic manner over the body or specific part, often for a set duration.
  4. Post-Treatment Care: The patient is allowed to rest, and excess oil or liquid is gently wiped off.
