The stages in panchakarma are similar to a vessel cleaning process. For the clean-ing to be effective so that most of the sticky waste is removed from the body, the toxins have to be dissolved. As a detergent helps in removing grease from a plate, ghee (melted, clarified butter) which acts as a harmless detergent, is used in panchakarma for dissolving the glue in the body.

Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Reservation will be guaranteed only after receiving 50 % of the package amount
    (within 24hrs of the reservation).
  • Check-in & Check-out time is 12.00 pm.
  • Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and additional
    charges are applicable.
  • We accept Visa/Master/Maestro /Rupay. We do not accept American Express.
  • Important Information: Please ensure your Visa status to enter India before
    traveling.

Cancellation, Amendment & No-Show Policy

  • Once the booking is confirmed with advance payment, 20% of the booking invoice
    amount would be charged if cancelled at any point of time.
  • In case of no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves
    the right to levy retention charge for the entire stay 50% retention charges for
    cancellation done within 30 days.
  • If the booking is cancelled after arrival at retreat or in case of early departure,
    100% of the booking invoice amount will be charged
  • Online payment fee charges/ bank transaction charges will be levied on refund,
    for any cancellation within the cancellation period eligible for refund.
  • If any cancellation occur, as per the RBI regulations it might take some time to
    process the refund.
